Kevin became a Director and Shareholder of First Capital in 2008, previously having held several Senior Management roles with various health insurance providers in New Zealand.

He has over 30 years of experience in financial services and manages the implementation and management of employee benefit programmes, particularly medical insurance schemes.

Kevin holds a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services - (Life and Health Insurance).
