Lars joined the insurance industry in 2004, initially as the NZ Sales Manager for a global German insurer before joining the Senior Executive team at NZ’s largest private health insurer, where he spent 13 years leading the sales, marketing and product teams.  He has also held several General Management & Executive roles in other industries throughout his career.
Due to his experience, Lars can assist SME and Corporate businesses in increasing their productivity and employee retention by designing and implementing customised employee benefit programmes.  He can also assist individuals with their protection needs.

Lars has completed the Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services.
