Hugh has been the Managing Director of First Capital since founding the company in 2002.

Hugh has extensive experience as a financial adviser working with individual, SME and corporate clients across New Zealand.

He has a degree in Political Science, has been a past assessor for Level 5 certification and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Waikato). He is also a Certified Financial Planner.
