HERE’S HOW:
- Book using your My Southern Cross app.
- Each adult 16 years and older on your policy must book using their own login in the My Southern Cross app.
- Only the policyholder can book through the app for dependent children on the policy.
- If you don’t already have the My Southern Cross app, you can download it for free here.
- If you cannot complete the booking using the app, please get in touch with Southern Cross.
Note: You will not be refunded for CareHQ appointments made directly through the CareHQ website or app. You can only claim reimbursement if you have GP cover under your policy.
