She has owned and operated a financial planning business, worked for the government regulator (FMA), and held senior roles in professional associations such as Financial Advice NZ and FAMNZ.
As a risk and compliance specialist, Leigh has successfully supported businesses through recent regulatory licensing regime changes, helping them navigate complex compliance environments.
