Nic brings a wealth of experience to First Capital, having held a range of senior and leadership roles within the Private Wealth industry. With a strong focus on helping teams and clients achieve meaningful results, Nic specialises in creating tailored financial plans to protect income in cases of illness or injury, as well as ensuring long-term family and asset security.

Fully qualified with the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in both Life and Health Insurance and Investment, Nic is well-equipped to provide expert guidance. His extensive experience in the financial services profession is complemented by his background as a business owner, having successfully owned, operated, and sold two businesses. This unique perspective gives Nic a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners, enabling him to offer practical and effective financial solutions for both individuals and businesses.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys mountain biking with his sons and escaping to tropical destinations for a dive whenever the opportunity arises.
